Booking & Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

At Eye for Beauty MedSpa, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. Your satisfaction is our goal.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are valid for use up to one year after purchase and are non-refundable.

RETAIL PRODUCTS:

For Skin and Hair Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. In case of an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately at 518-650-7171.

SERVICES:

Please note that aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.  To ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package] can be applied to any other product or service offered at Eye for Beauty MedSpa. If you’re not a candidate for a treatment, you can use the dollar value towards any other treatment or product of your choice. 

BOOKING and NO SHOWS:

Upon booking, we will hold a credit card on file. If services are canceled with less than 24 BUSINESS hour notice OR if a client is more than 15 minutes late, the credit card will be charged a no show fee of $50 for appointments with our aesthetician or $100 for our injector.
